Novak Djokovic is a Serbian professional tennis player currently ranked as the world number one and is known by many as one of the greatest tennis players who has ever lived.
Djokovic has been victorious at 10 Grand slams and has been able to hold onto his ATP number one ranking for 182 weeks.
In 2011 he won three grand slam titles and became only the sixth player to ever do so in one calendar year. In his pursuit of reaching even further, he repeated this feat again in 2015, barely missing the fourth win at Roland Garros.
He has won more than 26 Master 1000 tournaments and broke the record by six titles in 2015. Since the beginning of the Master 1000 series in 1990, there has only been one other player to win more, putting Novak in second place all-time.

Not only has Novak achieved incredible things for himself, but he is also the only Serbian player ever to be ranked as number one by the ATP and the first Serbian tennis player to win a grand slam title.
Djokovic has also been successful monetarily. In his exceptional career he has won well over $94,000,000 in prize money, and he earns an additional $31,000,000 from his endorsements.
Djokovic is currently endorsed by Seiko, a partnership which has been very successful. Seiko has produced multiple special edition or specially-named watches: the Novak Djokovic Limited Edition, the SEIKO Premier Novak Djokovic Special Edition SNP126PL, and the SEIKO Sportura.
Seiko stated at the launch of their partnership that Djokovic will wear different watches selected for different aspects of his life. When he is training, he wears a Sportura Chronograph. If he attends an evening function, he wears a Premier Kinetic Perpetual watch. When Djokovic enjoys life away from the tennis court, he has a Seiko Divers watch.
Seiko has also accounted for Djokovic’s world travels. The Astron GPS Solar watch they created for him makes use of GPS networks and solar power to adjust itself automatically to any time zone on Earth.
As part of their relationship, Seiko also provides financial support for the Novak Djokovic Foundation. They have launched a less expensive watch series that bears the name of the foundation and its message to target a younger audience.
Seiko has aimed to be always innovating. As Djokovic keeps aiming for greater succcess, Seiko as a company is extending its reach as well. Their partnership is only for three years, but as they grow together, who can say what Seiko and Novak will achieve next?
