Cristiano Ronaldo, one of, if not the, most popular soccer player in the world, has just been named as TAG Heuer’s newest ambassador. Ronaldo is a forward for Spanish soccer club Real Madrid and captain for the Portugal national team for the upcoming World Cup. Just last year, Ronaldo was named as an ambassador for the watch brand Jacob & Co. Ronaldo joins a group of ambassadors filled with the world’s top celebrities and athletes, such as Maria Sharapova, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Jenson Button. Ronaldo says ”… we (himself and TAG Heuer) share exactly the same determination: to totally change the game, push the limits and make our own rules.
